When released in 1996, Space Jam was a great success because it managed to combine the superstar basketball player in the era of Michael Jordan with the characters from the animated series 'Looney Tunes' in a film.
20 years later, Warner Bros. has finally realize filmmaking both.
Jordan positions will be replaced with another superstar basketball player more hits today, LeBron James.
LeBron has officially signed a contract to join in Space Jam 2.
More promising, the project will be handled directly by the director of the film 'Fast and Furious' and 'Star Trek Beyond', Justin Lin.
The first film Space Jam tells about Swackhammer, an alien from the planet Moron Mountain who came into the world to make the Looney Tunes Bugs Bunny and his friends 'maid' in entertainment park.
Bugs Bunny yahng then cleverly deceive the alien to challenge him in a match. If Bugs and his friends win, Swackhammer must release them all.
Bugs had no other way to win but to go to the human world and abduct most famous basketball player, Michael Jordan.
