Film Uptodate - "The Girl with All the Gifts" tells the future most people will be infected by the fungus zombies. Those infected will lose mental and hunt for human flesh healthy. This disease can be spread through blood and saliva, but can also go through spores of the fungus. Some humans who survived a closely guarded to be a small group of children along with the guards. These children are the experimental results so that they could survive mentally and could still survive if adjacent to the little man.
